Powerful natural remedy for cleansing blood vessels

This natural remedy combines the powerful health benefits of onions, garlic, ginger, lemon, turmeric, and honey to help cleanse blood vessels, improve circulation, and support overall cardiovascular health. Here’s how to prepare this simple and effective recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Garlic – 1 piece (1 clove or small bulb)
  • Ginger – 3 cm piece
  • Lemon – 2 pieces
  • Turmeric – 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon (to enhance the absorption of curcumin from turmeric)
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons
  • Water – 1 liter

How to Prepare:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Onion: Peel and finely chop the onion.
    • Garlic: Peel and crush the garlic clove.
    • Ginger: Peel and cut the ginger into thin slices or grate it.
    • Lemon: Wash the lemons thoroughly and slice them with the peel intact.
  2. Boil the Water:
    • In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
    • Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon slices to the boiling water.
  3. Simmer the Mixture:
    • Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add Turmeric and Black Pepper:
    • After simmering, add 2 tablespoons of turmeric and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper. This combination will boost the absorption of the turmeric’s active compound, curcumin.
  5. Cool and Strain:
    • Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
    • Strain the liquid into a container to remove the solid ingredients.
  6. Add Honey:
    • Once the mixture has cooled to a warm (not hot) temperature, add 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.

How to Use:

  • Drink one glass of this remedy every morning on an empty stomach to promote blood vessel health and cleanse the circulatory system.
  • Store the remaining liquid in the fridge for up to 3-4 days and reheat it slightly before consuming.
